Our 24-hour delivery commitment begins after we receive all required content, branding assets, and project approval. Delivery timelines may vary for projects requiring custom integrations beyond standard scope.

Payment & Refunds

Payment terms are outlined in your project quote. Refund policies vary by project scope and are communicated before work begins.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of their website content and design as specified in the project agreement. Designing Dynamics retains rights to underlying frameworks and reusable components.

Limitation of Liability

Designing Dynamics is not liable for indirect damages arising from website downtime, third-party service failures, or search engine ranking changes.
